JM Finland, which focuses on the construction of apartment buildings and the development of residential areas, handles its warranty inspection process without unnecessary paperwork. The company leverages integration between HomeRun and Congrid to automate the inspection process.
“Through HomeRun, we collect possible defects or deficiencies in apartments for warranty inspection. The owner of the apartment can use the link to independently record the findings of their own apartment with photos in the HomeRun system. From there, the defects are also automatically saved in the Congrid system. In our opinion, this operating model has worked well, ”says Anna Sultan, JM Finland's Account Coordinator, who was involved in the HomeRun implementation process.
JM Finland has found that the implementation of HomeRun has significantly improved the collection and handling of warranty inspection findings.
“We have been able to give up traditional paper-based warranty inspection forms almost completely when the findings are recorded electronically. The observation reports received through HomeRun are quick to print and informative and clear in appearance,” says Account Coordinator Mari Kauppinen, who also participated in the implementation of HomeRun.
From the customers' point of view, the new operating model has made it easier to report findings. They can also complete the inspection at the time that suits them best.
Sultan and Kauppinen praise the smooth cooperation with HomeRun.
“The collaboration has been very customer-oriented, and HomeRun's experts have developed services to meet our needs. They also respond quickly to our contacts and get support when you need it.”
JM Finland is part of the JM Group, which is one of the leading housing builders and developers in residential areas in the Nordic countries.
