With the latest software change, company-level administrator rights can be configured more precisely to match the user's work tasks. In this blog post, we present the new feature in more detail. The function is available to companies by contacting our support team.New roles for company-level administrators are now available. With the upgrade, the roles of the administrators can be set at a level where they can better manage projects through the mobile application. In the update, for example, we have taken into account external inspectors who perform inspections for more than one project every week. In addition, the function supports project management for inspectors and project managers as well as situations where several projects are running at the same time

Admin, Editor and Viewer role for company-level projects
Includes access to all projects for the company in the Live service and the projects can be viewed and edited. The role can also handle project information.
Admin at company level
With the role, all the company's projects can be managed and new projects and user names can be added. In other words, this role corresponds to the previous one.
With the role of Application user for projects at company level - you can manage the projects that are active for that user via the Congrid mobile application. The desired project can be searched among all company projects for the mobile application. Previously active projects can also be disabled via the mobile application. The maximum number of active projects at the same time is 10.
