The problem in the construction industry at the moment is that the tasks and decisions agreed in the project planning phase do not always reach the foreman of the main contractor of the project. The information stays inside a group that is too small and therefore does not help the construction project on a larger scale. To tacle the issue Congrid’s new Q&A tool makes sure the entire project team is aware of the project’s progress in real time. This way the most important tasks are always completed on time.
